Hello everyone!
I've got some pretty depressing and personal things to tell you so …prepare yourselves.

I'm sorry but this is important and I want you to read this.


First of all, I want to thank you. Thank you for something you don't even know you've done. But it will be explained in this text.

As you all probably know, life has its ups and downs. Sometimes it gives you lemons, sometimes you go through really tough times and sometimes the unthinkable happen and you don't even know if you are strong enough to survive it.

For me and my family this year has been very, very though.

Today it's been a year since my stepfather died.

When someone really close to you passes away, it's hard to accept it and even harder to move on. But when a person you love. A person you trust chooses to take his/her own life, it's indescribable. You can't even think about moving on. You are left with so many questions and feelings you can hardly think straight.

But one thing is certain: life will never be the same again.

Now you can probably guess why this year has been tough.
But
I'm not writing this to make you depressed or to get attention or something like that.

I'm writing this so that you can understand why I want to thank you.

Because even though this year has been hard I've had some things that have helped me through.
Apart from the great support I've had from some incredible people, my wonderful friends and my parents for example, YOU people here on DeviantArt have helped me a lot as well. You see, being able to do one of the things I love most, draw, and then share it with you and get all the positive feedback! I mean all the support and nice comments you have given me throughout the year. I don't think you understand how much it means to me. First thing in the morning, every day after uploading a new drawing, I've looked through the new comments and s and it always cheers me up.

You guys keep making me happy every time I log on and I can't thank you enough!


Today it's been a year since my stepdad died. Throughout the year I've learned that even though terrible things happen life goes on.
I'm strong in mind and heart.
But I have survived thanks to my family, friends and You.
